Responsible for the coordination, and monitoring of the individuals served Individual Service Plan.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Special Education or related Human Service Field.
1 year experience in programming with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional Certification
Hours: – (32.5 hours per week)
