Maintenance Technician
Open Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of residential apartments and apartment buildings. Some of the work duties include utilizing trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting) to maintain/repair machinery and mechanical equipment and diagnose/correct maintenance problems in apartments and buildings. Interface with contractors/vendors, secure bids for services in accordance with established bid process and maintain the exterior of the properties to maximize curb appeal. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years prior experience working on a multi-unit residential property. Must have an excellent customer service focus and knowledge of all hand and power tools, cleaning supplies, and protective equipment. May be required to work flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call.
