The Washington Nationals The Washington Nationals has an opening for Manager, Minor League Operations at their Spring Training Facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a key position vital to Player Development Operations. Requires ability to interview, select and manage multiple Player Development interns and the Administrator, Minor League Operations at our facility in Florida. This position includes managing people, assisting international players with assimilation to the United States, and frequent travel to our domestic affiliates and Dominican Republic Academy to evaluate players and minor league operations. We require a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Psychology or Sports Management; 5 years experience in the job offered or as a sports management professional including 2 years in professional baseball operations; ability to evaluate players & generate scouting reports; English & Spanish proficiency required.
