Job Duties:
- Responsible for report writing, data analysis, researching and resolving HRIS problems. Ensures data integrity.
- Administers the position control system, processes position modifications, opens new positions, and monitors position requests to ensure timely processing.
- Supports upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects.
- Assists in the completion of compensation projects and resolves compensation related issues promptly.
- Assists in the maintenance of job descriptions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field is required
- A minimum of 3 years of HRIS or HR Generalist experience
- PeopleSoft experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes, HRIS database design, structure, functions, and experience with database tools
