Job Summary:
Lead the comprehensive direct lobbying and government relations leadership for Tulsa Community College across the state and locally in Tulsa. Actively serve as an ambassador for TCC at the state legislature, local congressional offices and on coalitions, leading the planning and implementation of issue campaigns to achieve progress towards legislation that benefits higher education, and complying with all relevant lobbying protocols including lobbyist registration and reporting, in conformance with the Oklahoma Ethics Commission rules.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Established relationships at the Oklahoma Legislature.
- Registered as a Lobbyist in Oklahoma or ability to register immediately upon hire.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum direction as well as work as a member or leader of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work on fast-paced, time-sensitive matters with internal and external constituents.
- Detailed knowledge of the legislative process and political landscape.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Ability to influence others.
- Availability to attend events and meetings outside work hours and to work in Oklahoma City during the legislative session at least three days a week.

Starting Salary Range: $81,145 - $94,332/annually plus mileage
