Client Service Representative
Do you enjoy customer service and working as a team? Are you looking for a fast-paced and fun environment? TrueNorth has an immediate opening for a Client Service Representative to join the TrueChoices team in our Transportation division.
What is a Client Service Representative? The primary function of the Client Service Representative is to perform administrative duties and maintain quality service to TrueChoices clients and accounts; including motor carriers, insurance companies, business partners and producers.
Here's what Success looks like:
- Maintain quality customer service with clients on a daily basis by providing consistent, timely and accurate service
- Answer coverage questions, comply with requests and provide accurate information to clients; prepare supporting documentation when necessary
- Recommend potential products or services to clients by collecting information and analyzing needs
- Return client voicemails in a timely manner
- Complete tasks/tickets as assigned by Service Team Leader
- Maintain a positive attitude, even when dealing with difficult clients
Here's what it takes:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; College degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Life, Health and Accident insurance licensing is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office; specifically intermediate Word and basic Excel skills
