Client Services Manager Information/Call Center Teachers Retirement System seeks Client Services Manager to oversee and lead Information Center responsible for answering large volume of calls & responding to a variety of questions & explaining retirement benefits by phone, email, correspondence & visitors. Manager is responsible for hiring, training, motivating, monitoring, & evaluating staff; maintaining database; developing metrics; writing procedure manuals; researching, recommending & working with vendors on phone equipment; working with other managers; & participating in regional seminars. Need strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and public speaking exp. Bachelor's degree & 2 yrs. exp. in auditing, benefit eligibility or related specialty or combination of educ. & exp. Supervisory experience preferred. Salary range $46,775 - $67,824.
