Part-Time Care Coordinator
(20 hours per week)

This position supports foundational public health services, child passenger safety grant coordination, scheduling health screenings and community events. Necessary skills include MS Office proficiency.
At least one year experience in community involvement and/or working with clients. Valid CO Driver license and ability to lift 30 lbs required.
$19.68-$21.65 hourly DOQ
Benefits package includes health insurance, vacation, and retirement.
Fluent bilingual required – English/Spanish
One-half of this position supports the coordination of public health services. This includes community partnership development, outreach, educational programming, supporting nursing staff around community screenings, and scheduling / participating in community events and fairs. The other half of this position is involved in injury prevention and coordination of a CDOT grant that funds work related to child passenger safety.
