This is a supervisor position that includes, but is not limited to: overseeing the development and overall day to day functioning of the home, leading a team of Direct Support Professionals by overseeing medication & financial management, maintaining consumer programming and health related plans. The supervisor will also ensure that all documentation is completed while continuously supervising and providing sound direction to all staff members. The supervisor must also be willing to provide direct care with the individuals we support.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Colorado driver's license and insurance approval. Be able to pass the exams for Qualified Mediation Administration Person (QMAP), First Aid, CPR, and Safety Care with an acceptable score.
