This posting is for a CSR/CSR-in-Training position specific to the Lynnwood Office and will not be in the Call Center. The successful candidate will go through the regular CSR New Employee Training (N.E.T.) program in Everett, and upon completion will move to Lynnwood as their regular headquarters.
Basic Responsibilities
Participates in the Customer Service Representative New Employee Training (N.E.T.) program. Performs the basic functions and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative as needed for vacation, peak load, and sick leave relief in addition to providing relief, as available, in other classifications. Acts as a District representative to communicate with and ensure that the customer receives courteous, prompt and efficient service while being sensitive to ratepayer concerns and needs in order to create a positive District image. Responsible for maintaining accurate customer records.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Testing & Certification
- Successful completion of typing at 35 wpm
- Successful completion of alphanumeric data entry at 100 kpm
- Successful completion of a basic math test
- Successful completion of customer service skills testing
- Successful completion of computer skills testing
- Successful completion of an interview process
