Job Summary
The Office Manager provides office and administrative support to the team and trucking staff.
He/she is primarily responsible for:
- Clerical work
- Office administrative tasks
- Data entry
- Title work
- Filing 2290 forms
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in office management
- Knowledge in Quickbooks
- Experience managing payroll
- Must be organized and attentive to details
- Able to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Someone with knowledge in trucking is preferred, but training is available
