The work you carry out and your supervision over custodial teams will directly impact the experience of students, staff, faculty, and visitors at SVC. This is an exciting opportunity to take part in a new position that will participate in the development and leadership of the custodial staff and custodial operations. Within the first six months, you will have the opportunity to form relationships with custodial staff and SVC partners across the District. You will be engaged in establishing policies and procedures for proper custodial cleaning and setting the foundation for safety and compliance processes. Within the first year, you will build and strengthen the custodial team, and participate in the implementation and usage of systems related to custodial chemical management and occupational health and safety. Once established, you will be able to focus on day-to-day custodial operations, training and development of staff, cleaning of assigned custodial areas, and oversight of custodial cleaning standards, and occupational safety and compliance.

In this role, you will get to work on:

* Custodial personnel supervision: training, development, and evaluation;
* Policy and procedure development and oversight;
* Occupational safety and compliance;
* Custodial cleaning duties;
* Custodial equipment procurement and care;
* Emergency and disaster response and report;
* Administrative and other duties.

What we offer: A salary from $3,511 to $4,066 per month, depending on education, qualifications, and experience.
