Our company is currently in need of a skilled Office Manager with strong bookkeeping who is goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, answering phones and managing office supplies and inventory.
- Payroll and limited HR administration
- Manage A/P and A/R meticulously
- Manage office supply inventory
- Open and distribute mail
- Reconcile monthly operating budgets and share updated financial reports with the senior management team
- Work with our vendors to make purchases and reconcile invoices
- Assist with conference planning, including badge creation, registrations, exhibit registrations
- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet expectations and company goals.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree preferred or at least two years’ experience working in a busy office environment where multitasking and prioritizing were required.
- Quickbooks Online
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Suite
- CRM/Database Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling confidential information
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication and time management skills
