POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Assembly Team Leader, this entry level position will perform the assembling of modular structures and conveyance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble modular structures and/or conveyance using various tools and equipment according to job specifications.
- Read, interpret and follow basic blue prints and other written instructions and/or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
- Install piping insulation per project specifications.
- Operate a forklift within the safety procedures and policies prescribed.
- Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
- Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Breakdown pre-assembled units and modular structures per shipping schedule and instructions.
- Pack disassembled components for shipment per instructions.
- Stage packed components for shipment.
- Provide personal tools according to the department tool list.
- Perform set-up, material handling duties, and minor general maintenance.
- Responsible for area housekeeping.
- Participate in the processes of continuous improvement including efforts to meet company smart goals.
- Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization’s goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures. Potential exposure to jobsites both domestically and internationally; living accommodations in some foreign assignments may not meet expected U.S. standards.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis is required. Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE for each situation.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
- One (1) to two (2) years of manufacturing and/or industrial construction experience is preferred.
- High mechanical aptitude is required.
- Experience with hand held tools (drill, circular saw) and assembling parts is required.
- High level of energy and motivation.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Ability to read blue prints is preferred.
- Supplying personal tool requirements per department list is required.
- Strong math skills and problem solving skills are required.
- Must be able to perform job responsibilities at heights.
- Ability to operate a forklift and crane are strongly preferred; previous experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, frequent and mandatory overtime, and weekends are required.
- Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Fabrication Team Leader, this position will be performing various structural welds and basic fitting for all of our unitized systems (can lines).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently weld structural and carbon steel in 3G, 4G, and 2F fillet weld using FCAW, GMAW, and GMAW-spray.
- Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits including, but not limited to: forklifts, overhead cranes, etc.
- Basic knowledge of lay out, positioning, aligning, and securing parts and assemblies prior to assembly.
- Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
- Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.
- Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
- Consistently pass non-destructive (x-ray, etc) examinations of FCAW welds on required products.
- Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

- Ability to weld in 2F, 3G, and 4G positions using FCAW, GMAW and GMAW-spray and to pass a visual and bend test on these processes.
- Must be able to consistently execute high quality FCAW, GMAW, GMAW-spray welds.
- Beginning level ability to read blue prints and other technical documents is required.
- Strong math skills are required.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Electrical Team Leader, this experienced position will be responsible for mounting, wiring, and installing, and troubleshooting various electrical systems and projects. Works with electrical engineers for solution development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes blue prints, schematics, and drawings of electrical systems.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning system components using test equipment and locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with electrical codes.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters to ensure compatibility and safety of the system.
- Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
- Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to safety codes.
- Understands complex electrical systems and helps to define project requirements.
- Diagnoses causes of electrical problems or failures for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair.
- Interpret data from electrical diagrams and schematics and complete wiring of electrical systems.
- Mount junction boxes.
- Complete wire terminations.
- Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical system components (i.e. motors, drives, etc.).
- Use electrical test equipment, schematics and technical manuals.
- Read and understand pull schedules for electrical systems.
- Cut, bend, and install conduit per electrical specifications.
- Trouble shoot building control systems, motors and equipment.
- Utilize lean manufacturing techniques and programs.
- Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

- NFPA70 training required.
- Knowledge of the NEC code is required.
- Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects and issues.
- Must work well under pressure.
