Reliant Holdings, Inc. Greensburg, PA Average $14.00/hour. Reliant Holdings, Inc. is seeking full-time, friendly and professional customer service representatives. We are expanding our Inbound customer service team to a Greensburg location within the Westmoreland Mall that is conveniently located on a bus route. In this position, you will be the first line of communication with our customers. You will provide customers with information so they better understand our card products and services. Interested applicants should have high energy and passion for their work. We also offer advancement opportunities within the call center. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate open communication with customers over the phone to ensure all of their requests are met in an efficient and friendly manner while following script.
- Answer all customer questions & educate them on the program.
- Maintain customer accounts within company policy by efficiently and accurately updating customer account information.
- Provide 100% customer satisfaction
Abilities:
- Passion for providing quality customer service.
- A demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflict.
- Attention to detail, strong active listening and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently toward a team goal.
- Desire to learn new systems and processes.
Position Details:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
