Psychiatrists, Therapists, Office Associate II
RACSB is recruiting for the following positions for our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team:
• Psychiatrist
Provides psychiatric services to patients in the agency's Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) providing comprehensive care and treatment to the seriously mentally ill in a mobile outreach model. Work is performed under broad supervision and is guided by agency policies and procedures, quality assurance, public and private payor guidelines, diagnostic guidelines and professional practices and including ethical standards related to client interactions, state and federal PACT funding, licensure and accreditation regulations and guidelines; ACT Fidelity Model Standards.
• MH Nurse, RN/LPN
Serves as the primary nursing position in the Crisis Stabilization Program. A 24/7 highly intensive mental health residential treatment facility for persons experiencing serious psychiatric or behavioral problems which jeopardize their current community living. This position assists the staff psychiatrist and nurse practitioner in the prescription, administration and monitoring of medication, discharge planning and general daily patient care.
• MH Therapist
Provides direct therapeutic care in the agency's Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) providing comprehensive care and treatment to the seriously mentally ill in a mobile outreach model. Work is performed under general supervision and is guided by agency policies and procedures, quality assurance, public and private payor guidelines, diagnostic guidelines and professional practices and including ethical standards related to client interactions, state and federal PACT funding, licensure and accreditation regulations and guidelines; ACT Fidelity Model Standards.
• Office Associate II
Performs routine secretarial duties and oversees the daily operation of the office of the PACT, a mobile, interdisciplinary team providing support to persons with serious and persistent mental illness who require intensive services to maintain community integration. The Office Associate provides administrative support to the direct service staff, including entering data into the computer, directing and routing calls and visitors to proper staff, preparing correspondence and distributing mail. The Associate works closely with the agency's Reimbursement, Quality Assurance, Information Technology and Finance departments to develop and maintain procedures consistent with agency practices. The Associate is responsible for securing all records and maintaining inventory of supplies.
