Port of Pasco is accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Supervisor. The primary objective of the Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee all aspects of maintenance at the Port of Pasco (all non-airport properties). The position is responsible for the supervision, planning, coordination and direction of maintenance employees, repairs, construction, and security. This position oversees all Maintenance and Security employees and is a representative of the Port of Pasco to its tenants and the public. Salary Range for this position is $69,000-$100,900 depending on qualifications, this position is Exempt and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including state pension, deferred compensation match, health benefits and more.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma, or GED equivalency.
A minimum of four years of responsible experience in one of the following areas: Maintenance and repair of infrastructure and grounds with experience in pavement, lighting and electrical systems; or maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities including responsible experience in HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
A minimum of one year supervisory experience is required.
Experience must be commensurate with repair and maintenance specialty required for current vacancy.

Special Requirements:

Possess a valid Washington state driver’s license, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Meet the minimum Motor Vehicle Standards of Port’s auto insurance carrier.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, medical examination and background check.
Possess a Water Distribution Managers License and Cross-Connection Control Specialist Certification, or ability to obtain these within 3 months of employment.
