Our dedicated recruitment team manages and develops lead opportunities by leveraging our dedicated CRM system by identifying and profiling leads while consistently meeting or exceeding daily/weekly inside sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- You will directly support the Vice President/Partner & Managing Partner and help support a multi state region
- Able to identify qualified leads within CRM
- Excel at prospecting and aggressively seeking new qualified leads by networking, cold calling, referrals to build and maintain a full pipeline of inside sales prospects
- Follow all procedures regarding appointment setting, profiling, and sales pipeline management
Qualifications, Required Education & Experience
- Desktop and/or laptop with high speed internet/phone access
- Proficient in CRM tools with the ability to learn, adapt and grow
- Excellent communications skills; written and oral (phone, email and SMS)
- Experience developing new business relationships via inside sales role
- Strong understanding of lead generation and ability to connect with viable leads, prospects, and candidates
- Comprehension of sales metrics in order to fill a sales funnel and robust pipeline
- Positive attitude with the willingness to get beyond comfort zone to grow professionally
- Demonstrated experience producing accurate and detailed work under pressure
- Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid business decisions
- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to strict deadlines
- High energy and passion for inside sales
- High sense of urgency (being pro-active vs. reactive)
- Team Player and coachable individual
- Organized and task oriented
- 3 to 5 years sales background preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
