Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) invites applications for the position of Vice Chancellor for Student Services (VCSS). This is a 12 month position located on the Helena-West Helena campus. The VCSS is the Chief Student Officer and Registrar and reports directly to the Chancellor.
Essential job duties include: Oversite for Admissions & Records, Student Support Services, Financial aid, advising, campus security, bookstore, student activities, student conduct & complaints, enrollment management, testing/placement, Title IX compliance, & departmental reports.
Qualifications include: A Master’s degree in education, administration, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution; doctorate strongly preferred; at least six years of
senior-level or ten years of mid-level administrative experience in higher education, preferably at a comprehensive community college.
