Penndel Mental Health Center (PMHC) offers comprehensive services for both adults and children, focusing on therapeutic support and psychiatric care. For adults, services include outpatient therapy, medication management, crisis intervention, case management and residential rehabilitation for individuals with severe mental health conditions. Children's services provide outpatient therapy, behavioral health support, school-based therapy and family-based mental health services. These mental health services focus on emotional, behavioral and developmental challenges, including autism support. Both programs aim to improve mental well-being and provide community-centered care.
The next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will have the opportunity to strengthen the organization’s infrastructure, diversify and define the array of services provided to the community, and develop a culture of transparency and shared vision. Penndel Mental Health Center’s next CEO will be expected to build new community partners, develop a comprehensive fundraising plan and generate new revenue sources for the organization.
The CEO is also responsible to maintain sound financial practices and capabilities that support the stability of the organization. They manage key operational metrics, oversee and improve infrastructure to support operational efficiencies, build and sustain a strong organizational culture and preserve Penndel Mental Health Center’s reputation in the state as a leader in delivering quality and comprehensive behavioral health services to the most vulnerable populations.
The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for continuing strong relationships with Board members and leveraging the Board for strategic insights and direction. The CEO oversees a leadership team of six executives, including a Chief Financial Officer, Director of Human Resources and four Associate Executive Directors. The CEO will be expected to build on the strengths of the team through a team building approach which emphasizes trust and accountability.
The compensation range for this position annually is between $200,000 and $250,000. A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance as well as life insurance and short and long-term disability is 100% employer paid. A generous PTO package will be offered along with 9 paid holidays. Penndel Mental Health Center offers a 403(b)-retirement plan.
