the Product Verification Program, and growing relationships with our verified retailers, brands, and

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an energized product management specialist and agile creator to join our team. In
this role, you’ll focus on customer needs and industry trends as they relate to Product Verification
Program (PVP) refinement. This role will be engaged in translating expansion and price optimization
opportunities into a PVP roadmap and minimum viable product, as well as leading the execution and
coordination of go-to-market efforts. The chosen candidate for this position will be involved in ongoing
coordination and execution work as well as strategic development work. The Program Expansion
Specialist will report to the Program Integration Manager and will support her/him in developing the
vision for PVP expansion initiatives that will increase mission impact and scale.

Areas of Responsibility
- Develop and administer the Product Verification Program expansion roadmap
- Coordinate and execute the Program expansion initiatives
- Connect the dots between business, client needs, integrity, legal and information systems
- Engage prospective and current clients in order to understand the voice of the customer and
market opportunity - Support the Program expansion vision
- Conduct research on relevant market and supply chain dynamics
- Develop ongoing relationships with key industry and supply chain stakeholders
Experience You Bring
We place a high value on lived experience coupled with professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of business experience
- 1-3 years of product management and project management experience
- Experience applying agile product development concepts
- Understanding of agile and traditional project management approaches, with the flexibility to
adapt to context to select appropriate techniques - Knowledge of third party verification systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of sustainable food systems (preferred)
