We are an equal opportunity employer committed to workforce diversity.
Since 1958, we’ve completed 2,000 construction projects, and our team has built close to 19 million square feet of warehouse space. This is a project we’re particularly proud to deliver, as we completed our work in a tight time schedule.
When Nascote Industries started their construction project they had a very tight construction schedule and needed a contractor that could deliver in time. The 300,000-square-foot facility had to be substantially completed in six months. M.I. Development, a division of Magna International, chose us for this fast-track project. The building has a steel frame with brick and metal panel exterior and includes equipment pits, cranes and several mezzanines.
Nascote Industries is a manufacturer of motor vehicle parts and accessories such as car bumpers, grill guards and bumper protectors.
Magna has since awarded The Korte Company the contracts to build two additional manufacturing facilities: the Ligma and Integram plants.
