Marketing Manager for Nalco Company LLC at its facility in Naperville, IL. Support sales growth, customer retention and profitability of the business within the business platform by supporting strategic planning and execution of marketing programs.
Requires a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing and two (2) years post-bachelor's progressive experience in all of the following: Developing strategic marketing plans for business-to-business product and service programs, developing customer value propositions, and creating associated sales materials. Performing market segmentation, targeting, and positioning activities. Implementing value-based pricing models to maximize revenue and profit in segmented markets. Supporting a business-to-business corporate sales force, developing corporate account sales and marketing plans, creating and supporting RFP responses, and training customers and sales representatives. Performing competitive analysis to help drive pricing strategy, value messaging and innovation opportunities. Developing and successfully implementing multiple margin improvement programs for a business greater than $30M. Project management experience, leading cross-functional teams with a history of successful execution. Experience in a global marketing role driving business growth through innovations and cross divisional collaborations. 10% travel required. Must have legal authority to work in the US. Req.
