Full Time Food Service Manager
Full Time Food Service Manager in Kissimmee, Florida-Miguelo’s Café & Bar, LLC Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food; inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas; monitor and enforce the implementation and validation of food safety programs such as the Food Drug Administration (“FDA”) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (“HACCP”); actively work with the operation team to help identify, solve, and prevent issues affecting quality and food safety; manage the inventory and order food, equipment, and supplies; sort, cut, and season the food product used in the menu; must have the ability to make sound judgment and good decisions regarding the quality and wholeness of the product received; bill the consumers; pay supplier invoices, and accept payment; compare internal cost versus labor cost; ability to prioritize and adjust quickly to changing environment; contact different suppliers and make purchase orders by phone or online; receive product orders and organize product using FIFO and LIFO method.
Requirements: High School Diploma or foreign equivalent, minimum 4 years’ experience in Restaurant Management, and state certifications.
