Department of OBGYN has a successful opportunity for experienced LPN’s and or new Graduates entering the field. $3,000 Sign-On Bonus available! Receive $1,500 after 90 days and additional half to be paid after 6 months. Start your Work
Our LPN’s provide medical treatment and personal care services to patients under the supervision of a licensed medical practitioner or health professional. LPN’s will work within their full scope of practice and ensures that high quality and safety is consistently delivered. Reviews and prepares patient charts prior to patient appointment. Performs various duties related to the patient appointment and medical record, such as vital signs, problems, medications, pharmacy and health history. Able to act as a liaison between patients, providers, office staff and outside contacts. Ensures smooth provider work-flow, solving problems and notifying staff and patients of provider delays. Capable of collecting samples from patients. Cleans and restocks rooms. Prepares patients as required. Capable of anticipating both provider and patient needs. Capable of sterilizing instruments, using proper sterilization procedures and equipment (e.g. autoclave). Adheres to practice policies and procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned.
NYS licensed/registered LPN. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required. At least one year of recent OB/GYN experience preferred. Epic EMR knowledge preferred. Monday - Friday -variable between 7 am and 7 pm. NO WEEKENDS!
