Client Success Strategist / Digital Coordinator
The Herald has an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Strategist/Digital Coordinator to join our dynamic and forward-thinking advertising team!
Primary Responsibilities:

Support with identifying and qualifying prospects.

Compilation and interpretation of client research.

Create media strategy & client-facing proposals.
-
Determine analytics and tacking plan based on client KPI.

Review campaign results and create/internally communicate optimization strategy.

Must have a broad understanding on online advertising products, rich media ad formats and experience using social media.
Key Competencies:

Ability to identify digital issues when they arise.

Exhibit technical competency to resolve issues with digital campaigns. Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a high volume, deadline driven environment.

Must be extremely self-motivated with strong work ethics, ability to multi-task and possess strong oral & written communication skills.

Attention to detail is a must.
Job Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
- Word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, help desk system, Windows OS, MAC OS.
