Job Description | The Associate Professor of Graduate Studies & DBA Program Director has the primary responsibilities of teaching, undergraduate and graduate on-ground and online courses, graduate committee work, research/creative achievement, recruitment and service functions and is held accountable for these obligations as they contribute to the attainment of the mission of the University, School of Business the School, and the Department. The DBA Program Director reports to the Dean of the School of Business. This position is housed at the Lincoln Memorial University Cedar Bluff site in Knoxville, Tennessee. |
Required Qualifications | *A Ph.D. or Doctorate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or other equivalent business degrees; *Demonstrated effective practical or graduate teaching and dissertation committee experience through a regionally accredited institution; |
Preferred Qualifications | *Evidence of effective graduate teaching and scholarly activity; *demonstrated success in chairing student dissertations; *Leadership experience in higher education. |

Job Duty | *all faculty and program directors are required to teach and be assigned undergraduate/and/or graduate courses based on course needs whether graduate or undergraduate programs; |

Job Duty | *makes recruiting visits to businesses, industry, colleges, and universities as necessary; |

Job Duty | *works with Graduate Recruiter to promote program enrollment; |

Job Duty | *develops enrollment goals and actions plans as requested; |

Job Duty | *fulfill the University s scholarship expectation through research, publication, grant development, and creative achievement; |

Job Duty | *assess, assist, and guide face-to-face full time and adjunct graduate faculty under the direction of the Dean of the School of Business; |

Job Duty | *office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. weekdays; |

Job Duty | *DBA Program Director to be available at the Cedar Bluff site to assist students, faculty, and dissertation committees; |
