Hilton Head law firm seeks full-time administrative assistant.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Open Office
- Strong administrative skills
- Greet clients
- Excellent customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Manage calendar
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Sign and monitor UPS or FED EX deliveries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Monitor, order supplies for department and organize supply room
- Organize office
- Set up client files
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Other duties as assigned
