Sales Coordinator
Preparing sales proposals and client presentations, lead generation, billing, creative requests, and providing account related support.
Order entry and payment followup. Serve as liaison between sales executives and the business office to resolve credit and billing issues. Input ad information into sales applications.
Serve clients in sales executives absence. Work directly for one or more account executives and maintain an effective working relationship with them and other sales and company personnel. Report on ad performance. Meet deadlines. Collaborate with all Sales Coordinators as well as department heads.
All other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate must be sales or Account Management focused. This Individual will possess a BA/BS degree ( or equivalent training and experience) and will have at least 2-4 years work experience in a sales or sales support - related role.
Ideal Candidate is extremely motivated, detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, had the ability to multitask, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, solid computer/technical skills, and thrives in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
