JOB DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
REPORTING: GENERAL MANAGER
AREAS OF RESPOSIBILITY: CUSTOMER SERVICE
QUALIFICATIONS: HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY-TO-DAY CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS OF JEEN INTERNATIONAL.
- ENSURES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORGANIZATION UNDERSTANDS AND SATISFIES CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
- HELP IN DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND HANDLE DIRECTLY COMPLEX INQUIRIES FROM CUSTOMERS.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SOLVE AND INVESTIGATE CUSTOMER SHORT AND LONG TERM ISSUES AS RECEIVED VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT COLLEAGUES.
- COMMUNICATE POLITELY WITH CUSTOMERS BY EMAIL, LETTER, FAX AND TELEPHONE.
- MANAGE AS REQUIRED CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS OR MAJOR INCIDENTS WITH GENERAL MANAGER AND OTHER COLLEGUES AS REQUIRED
- PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMERS USING JEEN PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
- MANAGE RETURNS AND CREDITS TO CUSTOMERS WHILE MAINTAINING ACCURATE AND TIMELY RECORDS OF CORRESPONDENCE OR DISCUSSIONS WITH THE CUSTOMERS
- SUPERVISE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM
