Gongaware Center Director - Part-time, No Benefits

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual with excellent recruiting and marketing skills to serve as the Director of the Gongaware Center. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing strategic partnerships with industry professionals and dedicated to providing mentorship and guidance to students. The director’s principal responsibilities include supporting students in the insurance and risk management program, as well as those studying relevant fields. We are looking for someone with a strong background in insurance and risk management, financial services, or related fields. The Director should demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with various stakeholders. In this role, the Director will collaborate with students, administrators in higher education, and industry leaders.

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a master’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in the insurance or related industry.
