The Health Center at Standifer Place (HCSP) is located on a beautiful 44 acre campus near Hamilton Place Mall in scenic Chattanooga, Tennessee. On our property are Skilled Nursing facilities, an Assisted Living Facility, and an Independent Living Facility. We also offer Adult Day Care Services at our Assisted Living facility and Assistive Home Services in the Community. Residents have convenient access to services on the journey from short-term care to long-term care, all on one campus. Services include : Alzheimer’s and memory care in a secured environment, on-site professional medical services, fall and wound prevention programs, therapeutic recreation, and respiratory therapy. The rehabilitation department provides physical, occupational and speech therapy. A multi-tiered staff of professionals provides comprehensive medical care. Licensed Physicians and Nurse Practitioners are available on a full-time basis. Registered nurses, assisted by LPN’s and CNA’s are scheduled 24/7. We have a dietary department that customize nutrition plans specific for health issues to aid in recovery. We have over 500 partners that perform everything from nursing to grounds. We are always looking for talented people who can join our team of professionals as we continue to look for new and better ways to provide services to our existing clients as well as new services we can start for future clients. We are a progressive company that is never satisfied with the status quo, rather we are a premium provider of services that strives to push the envelope of what is possible.
