Child Care Clerk Specialist
Now Hiring! Child Care Clerk Specialist Full-time position available for a Child Care Clerk Specialist to provide clerical and data management support to the Child Care Coordination Unit. This position will maintain child care provider files and child care resources. Duties also include assisting in data collection, follow-up service, trainings, and child care provider support. Responsibilities include general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and mailings. Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal form, set priorities, and work independently as well as in a team environment is required. Position requires knowledge of community child care and parenting resources and experience in child care or a related field. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications preferred. Minimum of High School Diploma/Equivalent plus two years clerical or related work experience is required. Bilingual skills in English and Hispanic languages is preferred. Professional communication skills as well as a commitment to high quality customer service are essential.
