CASE MANAGER
GECAC is currently looking for a Part-Time Temporary Case Manager for the Housing Department in the Education, Training & Community Services Division.
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, candidate will conduct client assessments to evaluate the eligibility and needs of the individual/family, provide direct case management, emergency assistance and appropriate referrals to additional support services to help them identity and resolve issues and minimize the impact from crisis.
Bachelor's Degree or (4) years related work experience is required, knowledge of social services in the community a plus. Requires good human relations skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently. Must have a basic computer systems proficiency and be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Must have or be willing to secure current Act 33, 34 & FBI clearances or have them issued within the past 5 years.
Salary: $14.32 - $15.50/hour depending on experience.
