Education and Disability Program Manager

In this position, you will supervise and provide training to all teaching personnel, develop curriculum and provide educational resources for staff and parents. You are responsible for all aspects of classroom and Education/Early Childhood Program performance standards.

Position Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or comparable content area is required.
• Successful teaching or experience in planning, implementing, evaluating, and supervision of a program for young children are required.
• Understanding of Early Childhood Family Education philosophy, goals, and objectives is desirable.
• Knowledge of research and trends in Early Childhood development, behavior and parent education is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required.
• Ability to work independently and establish work priorities is required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved.
• Ability to provide prompt resolution of problems and conflicts as they may occur is required.
• Subject to pre-employment annual background checks, and annual reference checks.
• Subject to testing and in accordance with the Fond du Lac Employee Drug and Alcohol Policy.
• Some travel may be required.
