Executive Chef
FISH is seeking a Food Service Manager who is an experienced executive chef.
This position will be responsible for Open Table Meal Services, which is a growing business operation of FISH. The position will oversee all existing business, including Meals on Wheels, Senior Nutrition, congregate dining, and Food is Medicine, as well as help develop new business opportunities. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience in all aspects of a busy, commercial food service operation, including budget management, inventory control, food preparation, strong knowledge of all types of commercial kitchen equipment, excellent organizational and planning skills, staff management, strategic planning and business operations. The qualified candidate must be an experienced chef who enjoys all aspects of culinary arts. Full time position with opportunity for advancement. Starting salary starting in the $55,000 - $65,000 range.
