FCS Financial is seeking a pro-active, team oriented, results-driven individual. This Senior Leader position motivates and leads team of approximately forty loan officers over twenty-one office locations to achieve portfolio growth, credit quality, and increased market shares. Our successful candidate must have experience or knowledge in the following areas: Sales process and delivery strategies, Financial analysis of farming operations, negotiating skills, marketing strategies, agriculture production and loan products, and strong leadership skills.
This position is open until filled.
The successful candidate could be located in any of our twenty-one retail office locations across Missouri based on the candidate's qualifications and needs.

This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Department: Marketplace Services
Reports To: Executive Vice President, Chief Marketplace Officer
Supervises: Team Leaders and Loan Officers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Agriculture or a related field
- 7 years of experience as a loan officer, or in a closely related field
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job

- Expert knowledge of the sales process
- Expert knowledge of the financials of agribusiness and farming
- Expert knowledge of negotiating tactics
- Expert knowledge of marketing strategies
- Expert knowledge of agricultural production and loan products
- Expert knowledge in credit underwriting policies and practices
- Working knowledge of chattel valuation
- Working knowledge of industry risk management strategies
- Working knowledge of human resource management practices
- Skill in establishing marketing and sales plans
- Skill in reasoning persuasively to sell or promote FCS Financial's products and services
- Skill in negotiating agreements to achieve the best outcome for the organization
- Skill in establishing and maintaining relationships with a variety of internal and external organizations and individuals to advance the organization's interests and increase personal efficacy
- Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution
- Oral and written communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
- Skill in using Microsoft technologies including e-mail, word and spreadsheet processing
- Skill in communicating objectives and delegating responsibility
