Director of Programs: Highly accredited agency is seeking an individual with a demonstrated management ability & the ability to take on a leadership role with a strong vision for agency expansion. Will oversee, review & update all aspects of Developmental Training, Employment Services & Residential Programs in Fayette, Bond, Montgomery, & surrounding counties ensuring compliance with Department of Human Services regulations, CARF standards & other applicable regulations. Review & help to develop specific budgets for all programs. Will report directly to the Executive Director regarding all appropriate matters including personnel & operational policies & procedures. Have an ability to communicate effectively & courteously with all governing agencies as well as partner agencies & clientele served by FAYCO. Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in an area related to the goals, purposes, and functions of the corporation. Full-time, exempt position with excellent fringe benefits.
