Ebatco is seeking an energetic, well-organized, accounting and marketing knowledgeable, customer service-oriented person to join its administration staff. The Office Administrator plays an important role in Ebatco’s daily operation, performs administrative duties such as answering telephone, book keeping, invoicing, human resource administration, digital media account management.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Book Keeping, Accounting, Office Administration, Marketing, IT or other related disciplines
- One to two years of experience working in the office administration roles
- General understanding and knowledge of book keeping, accounting, office administration
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Customer service attitude
- Knowledge of computer technology and digital media
- Customer service and interface experience, a plus
- Media marketing or QuickBooks experience, a plus
Responsibilities:
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Invoicing, book keeping, verifying, and posting transactions
- Balancing and reconciling general ledgers
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Coordinating with insurance vendors
- Administrating company digital media programs
- Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Performing other office administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
