Operations Manager

Our client, Ultima Bank Minnesota located in Fosston, MN is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join its team as their Operations Manager. This position is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the bank. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad variety of responsibilities within operations, management of staff, and IT. This position will report directly to the President.

Qualifications include Associate or Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or business along with 5 plus years in the banking industry and proven supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, technical and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills along with strong attention to details are essential for this position.
