We are looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team! This person must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and available to work 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
- Call Center Representative -- Bilingual Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls (answer 80 to 100 inbound calls daily),
- Respond to e-mails and web inquiries while scheduling appointments and general questions related to the practice.
- Focus on first call resolution, accuracy and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while being courteous and professionalism.
- Provide patients with outstanding customer service and follow-up abilities while recognizing the need for teamwork and functioning as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Call Center Representative -- Bilingual Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- One year of call center experience preferred, (will train right individual)
- Must be able to work 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work in a normal office environment
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
