TEAMDandy has an opportunity for an ambitious and creative Food Service Director, for one of the largest area employers. 

Job responsibilities include

• Design and execution of a comprehensive food service program
• Food service sales
• Gross margin performance. 
• Identify new opportunities, items, equipment and programs to grow our food service business, by monitoring industry trends and consumer buying habits to create new, innovative food service products. 
• Qualified candidates will possess strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills, food service category management
• Menu development experience
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in the restaurant/food service industry
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
