Fiscal Director
(Full-Time)
Position Description: The Fiscal Director is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all financial programs, insuring the revenues and expenditures are consistent with the annual budget. This position is responsible for accounting of revenues, expenditures, directs the development and dissemination of financial accounting systems. This position interprets financial data and coordinates financial reporting as required by various local, state, federal and private funding sources. The Fiscal Director provides direct supervision to accounting staff and records and billing department.
Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field with a minimum of five years of experience in financial management and non-profit accounting and three years of supervisory experience. Advanced certification such as CPA or CMA preferred.
Starting Salary: $59,823 (Experience Based)
Therapist III
(Full-Time)
Minimum Qualifications/Duties: Must be licensed (LCSW, LCPC, LSW) Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. Must have knowledge of diagnostic, preventive and/or therapeutic services to clients. Experience providing crisis intervention services a plus. Must have skills in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn and work other computer applications. Good organizational and time management skills.
Starting Salary: $39,844
