We are a well known real estate appraisal company that has been working in the Metro-East area of Illinois for over 35 years. Our company is seeking an experienced, full-time Administrative Assistant to start employment right away. Applicant must be able to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of real estate preferred
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Comfortable on the phone
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with Office 365
Responsibilities:
- Process new appraisal requests
- Set up property inspection appointments
- Maintain appraisal files and databases
- Answer phone calls and coordinate emails with clients
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service to all clients
- Courthouse research
