CLINICAL COORDINATOR (EMBRACE MOMS PROGRAM)
Seeking team player for our Embrace Moms Program to work with the pregnant mothers to provide pregnancy and parenting education and support in Allen and its surrounding counties. Responsibilities include providing access to counseling, assessment, case management, or other clinical services for clients who are eligible and interested in the Embrace Moms Program. Establish contact with and provide orientation to new clients, maintain client records and complete reporting requirements. Provide pregnancy and parenting education in alignment with established curricula. Maintain staff and volunteer schedules, maintain client information database including records, files, contact information and material goods receipt inventory. Provide mentoring, training, and orientation to staff and interns. Collaboratively develop marketing in partnership with management and resource development.
Qualified candidates must be/have:
- Willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our consumers
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field or Marketing
- A NPI and Ohio Medicaid provider number (or be willing to obtain)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively as a team, interacting with clients, vendors, and employees
- Able to exercise balanced judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions
- Able to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent, and equitable manner.
