Overall Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist will assist the HR program by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, employment processing, training and development, record management, and other employee relations duties.
Responsibilities & Authority
Improve employee performance by conducting employee orientations, identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, coaching and counseling employees and supporting the CSC culture.
- Maintain and foster a positive work environment through assisting in planning company-sponsored events and publications
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading publications, and participating in professional organizations
- Assist in the support and compliance of company, state and federal employment law regulations
- Enhance department organization by accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to new and existing programs.
- Stay knowledgeable in the NAV system.
- Provide support as requested to the HR Supervisor, Director of HR and the Risk Manager
