Environmental Services Manager

The Environmental Services Manager oversees and supervises all dietary, housekeeping and laundry functions in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure residents of a long term care facility receive the highest quality services that meet resident needs and abilities, CMLC policies and procedures, and IDPH regulations. This position utilizes our person first approach as well as our mission & values on a daily basis to accomplish tasks, supervise & coach team members, interact with residents, family members, and all partners of CMLC.

 

This is a salary position and includes benefits. Hours include mainly weekdays with some weekend on call responsibilities. Prefer at least 1 year experience in management role.
