Director of Communications

CHI Living Communities is a faith-based healthcare organization providing quality, comprehensive, and spiritually enriching senior services in Ohio, Kentucky, Colorado, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and Oregon. 

We are seeking a proven communications leader with at least 5 years of experience in a corporate position with multi-facility responsibilities for developing and implementing communication to key stakeholders, including residents, families, employees, providers, and the community. The Director of Communications will coordinate press releases, marketing collateral, and announcements through a variety of print and digital media while ensuring a consistent, relevant, and accessible presentation in all internal and external materials. Additionally, the Director of Communications will oversee all digital media communication to ensure brand consistency in messaging to all key stakeholders.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Journalism and have knowledge of the healthcare industry. A Master’s degree is preferred. The successful candidate will have superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to communication needs. Experience with communication in healthcare is a plus.
