Cheboygan County Council on Aging (CCC-A). We have been serving the needs of Cheboygan County's senior citizens since 1974. Our senior center sites are located in Cheboygan and Wolverine, Michigan. The adult day center Sand Castles offers a caring place that your loved one will enjoy. Our mission is to provide a place where senior citizens are valued and cared for, making it possible for our "special friends" to remain in their own homes as long as possible. It is also a place where they can congregate and socialize with others who have similar experiences.
