Candidates should have an Associate's Degree in Advanced Manufacturing or a related field with at least five years of collective related work experience in the set up and operation of manufacturing equipment, or a Bachelor's of Science degree and three years of collective related work experience in the set up and operation of manufacturing equipment, or ten years of industry experience and willingness to complete an Associate's Degree in Advanced Manufacturing. Experience with CAD/CAM software is needed, and having a background with both design and build practices in manufacturing would be helpful. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience teaching/training and assessing student progress would be beneficial. Safety will be at the highest priority while providing quality education to our students.
General Summary
Instructor position (175-day contract). As a full-time instructor in Advanced Manufacturing Design Technology (AMDT) teaching at the new Kearney Learning Center, the successful candidate can expect to teach a variety of courses in AMDT ranging from safety and blueprint reading to basic manual lathe and mill to CNC courses. Safety is a top priority while delivering top-notch Advanced Manufacturing Design expertise for our students. The courses in the General Manufacturing and CNC Manufacturing certificates are scheduled to be offered in Kearney. The AMDT program in Kearney offers (2) certificates and (1) diploma within the AMDT program. Instructors teach through a variety of delivery methods to a wide range of student backgrounds and interests including high school and non-traditional students. The instructor will need to become dual-certified (college will help). Classes may be offered in a variety of days, evenings (main focus), and possible weekends. Instructors are actively involved in program recruitment, advising, and assessment student process through program outcomes and awards.

Qualifications Required
Requires knowledge of techniques used to assess student's abilities and select appropriate assessment instruments normally acquired through a Master's Degree in Counseling or related field. A minimum of two years of experience serving students with disabilities in an educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of ADA, 504, and associated laws is required. Higher education disability support services experience preferred. Understanding of student development theories is needed to serve the diverse needs of students, faculty, and staff.
General Summary
Directs, manages, organizes, budgets and plans the services of the Disability Services office. Evaluates, directs, authorizes, and plans educational services and accommodations for students with disabilities. Advises students in identifying and meeting educational and personal goals. The Director of Disability Services serves as the campus advocate for students with disabilities.

Formal teaching experience not required but helpful. Must be proficient in reading, writing, math and English grammar at the high school level. Computer proficiency is essential.

The instructor will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing an instructional program for English Language Learners 18 and older to develop their English language skills through Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening and Math. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. At least 3 (three) years of experience in a related field with an emphasis on fundraising, events, donor management, and accounting. Excellent communication and people skills. Communication skills include both written and oral as well as the ability to listen and analyze information along with the presentation of information in an understandable manner. A moderate level of understanding in the Microsoft Windows computer environment, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint. General Summary
The Development Director will be responsible to grow assets of the Foundation through various annual giving campaigns, events, and planned to give based on an annual fundraising plan. This will include any "Major Gift Campaigns" managed by the Foundation. In addition, help identifies, solicit and steward prospects. The Director will use their experience, skills, and knowledge working with the Executive Director to meet annual Foundation objectives and develop and manage new relationships with existing and potential donors.
